HOW IT WORKS

ENROLL
Urgent.ly now offers a roadside assistance membership, providing access to the fastest, safest, and most innovative roadside assistance services. Get annual coverage from Urgent.ly for comparable prices to the old-school towing companies. When you find yourself broken down and need roadside assistance service or a tow, Urgent.ly empowers you with the tools to monitor your service in real time -- some call it Uber, but for tow trucks.

Once enrolled, save your digital membership card somewhere safe, and add the dedicated emergency roadside assistance phone number for members to your contacts. In the event you experience a breakdown or need roadside services, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Call the dedicated emergency roadside assistance line for members.

After enrolling, call the dedicated Urgent.ly Membership phone number to request service. Urgent.ly’s Customer Service team will validate your enrollment using your name, vehicle information, and unique membership number.

Step 2: Get matched with a nearby service provider.

Urgent.ly will digitally pinpoint your location and locate nearby and available roadside assistance and towing professionals. The platform matches you to qualified service providers based on location, your vehicle, and the reason for disablement.

Step 3: Track service provider’s progress to your location.

Once your service request is received, you’ll get a text message from Urgent.ly with a link to track the progress of your service. You can watch the service provider live on the map and receive updates on their estimated time of arrival. You can also contact the driver directly for the most efficient communication possible.

Step 4: Get the help you need to get back on the road.

When the service provider arrives at your location, they’ll verify your mechanical disablement and provide the roadside service your vehicle required. Learn more about services covered under the Urgent.ly Membership here.
